Awards Banquet Details

Visit Detroit hosts the annual Recognition of Service Excellence Awards (ROSE) program as a way to honor line level employees for the extraordinary service they provide over and above what is expected of them every day. This program recognizes outstanding customer service throughout the metro Detroit area (Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties).

The ROSE Awards Ceremony & Reception will take place on Thursday, August 20, 2026 (evening) in Metro Detroit. Event registration is required but this is not a ticketed event. Upon arrival to the event, simply check in with your name to receive your name badge.

5:30 p.m. | Doors open + Event Check-in

6:00 p.m. | Champagne Toast + Plated Dinner

7:00 p.m. | ROSE Awards Ceremony

9:00 p.m. | Afterglow

Cost to Attend

Complimentary attendance will be extended to each approved nominee and a guest. Past ROSE Awards winners also invited to attend compliments of Visit Detroit. Additional guests are invited to attend in support of each nominee; cost: $75 per person. Attendees must be 18 years old or older.

In honor of the ROSE Awards' 30th Anniversary, past ROSE Awards winners are invited to receive complimentary registration. To claim your registration, please email theroseawards@visitdetroit.com.

Complimentary self-parking available at the Ohio lot. Parking map and driving instructions will be available closer to the event date.
