Visit Detroit hosts the annual Recognition of Service Excellence Awards (ROSE) program as a way to honor line level employees for the extraordinary service they provide over and above what is expected of them every day. This program recognizes outstanding customer service throughout the metro Detroit area (Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties).
The ROSE Awards Ceremony & Reception will take place on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 (evening) at the MotorCity Casino Hotel – Sound Board in Detroit, Michigan. Event registration is required but this is not a ticketed event. Upon arrival to the event, simply check in with your name to receive your name badge.

COST TO ATTEND
Complimentary attendance will be extended to each approved nominee and a guest. Additional guests are invited to attend in support of each nominee; $50 per person. Attendees must be 18 years old or older.
